It’s been a while.. Cardio whore today:  Intervals .25mile sprint .25mile 15% incline  (repeat for 30 min) Fat Burn Stair master : 15 minutes Speed walking intervals 5 min 3.5 % (speed walking) 5 min 15%  (slower pase) (repeat for 45 min)  Over all  850 calories burnt

Sat down with my trainer today and decided on a concrete goal. - performance based photo shoot September 2012! Training went from hard to HARDER. Diet went from clean to CLEANER. I can do this.
